Terms of Use
These terms apply when you download or use Song Infos. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies as well. Where the two differ, these terms add to it and do not limit any right it gives you.
The app
Song Infos shows statistics about the music library on your device. It works with the Music app and Apple Music. The app, its design, its name and all related rights belong to Firat Can Sülünkü. You may use the app for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, decompile or redistribute it, or try to extract its source code.
Some features need an internet connection. Your mobile network provider may charge you for the data the app uses.
Premium and subscriptions
Song Infos is free to use. Premium unlocks additional features and is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription or as a one-time purchase. The price is shown in the app before you buy.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless they are cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Apple Account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple according to its policies.
We may change which features belong to the free version and to Premium. A purchase you have made stays valid for what it was sold as during the period you paid for.
Statistics
Song Infos builds its statistics from the information Apple's frameworks provide about your library, and from what the app records while it is installed. Numbers can therefore differ from those in other apps or services, history before the app was installed may be incomplete, and changes made by Apple can affect what the app is able to show. The statistics are provided for your personal information and entertainment.
The AI chat
Answers in the AI chat are generated automatically from your question and the relevant part of your statistics. They can be incomplete or wrong, and they do not represent the opinion of Song Infos. Do not rely on them for decisions of any importance. The number of messages per day may be limited. How data is processed when you use the chat is described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app or its services, for example by trying to get around the limits of the AI chat or of Premium, by sending automated requests, or by using the AI chat to create unlawful or harmful content. We may limit or suspend access to online features in case of misuse.
Third-party services
The app relies on services by Apple and by the providers listed in the Privacy Policy. Their availability is outside our control, and their own terms apply to them.
Disclaimer
We work to keep Song Infos correct, up to date and available. Still, the app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device or iOS version, or that its statistics and AI answers are accurate or complete. We may change, suspend or discontinue the app or any feature at any time.
The content of this website was written with care, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete, correct or current. Links to external websites lead to content we do not control and for which their operators are responsible.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Firat Can Sülünkü is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data or loss of profit arising from the use of or the inability to use the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
